As a devoted new mother, a yoga therapist in training, and a WEL-Systems® facilitator with a background in child development, childhood attachment, and mental health, I am committed to guiding individuals toward finding safety within their bodies and empowering them to navigate life with agency.
Having earned my 200-hour yoga certification in Kundalini in 2019, I embarked on an exploration of Tantra and then deepened my understanding of yoga through yoga therapy. Engaging in ongoing discovery through WEL-Systems® conversation groups and continuous yoga therapy education, I adhere to the belief that personal growth is essential to effectively support others on their transformative journeys.
My beautiful son is a perpetual reminder of the sacredness inherent in the parent-child bond. Understanding that prioritizing my well-being allows me to better care for him, my mission is to lead women in discovering themselves through the transformative power of yoga therapy and WEL-Systems® conversations.
